QSI provides localized pre and after sales support for Spectro range of products to most of the South East Asia countries, namely Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines through our professionally trained sales and service engineers covering each country.
The QSI Spectro products management group consists of well trained product specialists is based in QES headquarter in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This team forms the second level of regional support to the local field support engineers in each of the above countries.
The support for Spectro products is further enhanced by the presence of SPECTRO Regional Support Center based in Hong Kong and SPECTRO Customer Support Center (CSC) at SPECTRO headquarters in Kleve, Germany.
