SPECTRO offers a wide range of service and support options to keep your instrument operating to factory specifications. We understand how important it is to your operation whether it is a water testing lab, foundry, refinery, power plant or any of the many other markets SPECTRO serves, to keep your spectrometer to have as close to 100% up time as possible. For many customers, not having quick results means a loss in production and revenue. Service and support contracts are an excellent solution to protect your instrument and your investment.
Service contract range from providing an annual preventive maintenance to more complete coverage including all on-site service visits and options in between. All contracts include technical phone support so we can quickly diagnose and issue so a quick resolution can be determined.
